Our extra levels of support (at no charge to our customers) meant that not only did all of our customers survive, but some had record months, as they were doing things online that their competitors were not doing.

Covid taught us that as an organisation, we need to step up and support our clients in what is the most important area at any point in time. We need to take into consideration current financial and social circumstances and emergencies.
Right now, as of November 2023, there is a downturn in the Australian economy, so we are once again stepping up even more and providing extra support services to help our customers and small to medium businesses survive and thrive.
